Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Traveler accounts are for individual clinicians; clinic/facility and staffing agency accounts must be created by someone authorized to represent that organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Only review clinics and contracts you personally worked or were offered.
• Ratings must reflect your honest, first-hand experience.
• Never post patient information, protected health information, colleague names, or confidential documents.
• No harassment, discriminatory content, defamation, or content that violates an agreement you signed.
• You keep ownership of what you post but grant us a license to display and use it on the platform.

We may edit, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

Facilities and staffing agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and job postings, including pay ranges, shift details, and requirements. Listings are free today; paid tiers for enhanced perks such as featured placement may be introduced in the future with notice. Employers may respond to reviews but may not require, incentivize, or retaliate over review content.

Scout Scores, Clinic Scores, contract reports, pay estimates, and stipend calculations are informational planning tools based on user-submitted and public data. They are not tax, legal, financial, employment, or clinical advice, and they are not a guarantee of pay, working conditions, or job availability. Always verify terms directly with the employer before you sign.

Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, and do not create fake accounts or manipulate ratings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Travel Healthcare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on scores, reviews, or estimates shown on the platform.
